Your rights

• Access: know what data we hold about you and why.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Erasure: ask for your data to be deleted, except what the law requires us to keep (invoices).
• Portability: receive your data in a reusable format.
• Objection and restriction: object to processing or limit its scope.
• Withdrawal of consent: withdraw your agreement at any time (newsletter, marketing messages).
• Human review: ask a person to check the automatic calculation of your grade.

Write to us at contact@lysluxuryclub.com stating your request. We reply within 30 days at most.

If you have an account, you can also export your data and request deletion of your account directly from your members' area.

You can contact the data protection authority of your country of residence: for example the CNIL in France, or the UAE Data Office in the United Arab Emirates.
